Helping organisations adopt Artificial Intelligence responsibly through executive leadership, practical governance and independent advisory.

AI Governance Partners is a UAE-based AI governance and executive advisory practice founded by Massimo Brebbia. We advise boards and executive leaders on practical AI governance, organisational readiness, risk management and the controlled adoption of Artificial Intelligence.
Artificial Intelligence is transforming how organisations operate, but adoption is often progressing faster than governance. Many leaders recognise the opportunity but lack a clear view of how AI is being used, where the principal risks sit and what should be prioritised. AI Governance Partners was created to close that gap by helping organisations move from uncertainty to a structured and proportionate approach to AI adoption.
More than 30 years of leadership and operational experience across international organisations and regulated industries.
Built from real implementation experience, helping organisations adopt AI responsibly with confidence, accountability and control.
Supporting boards and executive teams with practical governance that enables innovation while protecting the organisation.

The Story Behind AI Governance Partners
"AI Governance Partners was not created to follow a trend. It was created to solve a leadership challenge I experienced firsthand"
I bring more than 30 years of leadership and operational experience across complex, regulated and international industries. My work combines executive decision-making, board-level governance and practical experience delivering business transformation across the UAE and wider Middle East.
When Artificial Intelligence began transforming the workplace, I embraced its potential rather than fearing it. Like many executive leaders, I recognised that AI could improve productivity, support better decision-making and create new opportunities across the organisation. At the same time, I also realised that AI introduced new governance challenges that traditional management systems were not designed to address.
While navigating AI adoption within my organisation, I searched for practical guidance that would help executive teams implement AI responsibly. Although there were emerging standards, technical frameworks and academic discussions, I found very little that translated into a practical governance model that leaders could confidently apply within a real business environment.
Rather than accept that gap, I developed and implemented an approach that translated emerging AI governance principles into decisions, responsibilities and working practices that leaders could apply within a real organisation. That experience fundamentally changed the way I viewed AI, not simply as a technology, but as a leadership responsibility.
AI Governance Partners was created to make that experience available to other organisations. Today, I work with boards, executive teams and business leaders to help them understand their current position, define their priorities and adopt AI through a structured and proportionate approach.
I believe AI governance should never become a barrier to innovation. It should become the foundation that allows organisations to innovate with confidence.
